Mariner was pretty much abandoned the last couple years it was still standing. From talking with people who stayed there was in severe decline last few years it was open. Think the Ojibway bought it for parking. It was never going to reopen anyhow.

I am curious, does anyone know what year the former Mariner Motel and Parkway Motel were torn down and why they tore then down?
