First down-bound ship (2015-03-24)

After a quick turn-around at Alpena, the ship Alpena picked a picture-perfect morning for her down-bound trip on the St. Clair River! CCG Samuel Risley was following, miles astern, and it looked like Alpena had no trouble in the lower river.
