Yes it was cecil on the Hochelaga and man did he have some stories

When I was wheelsman on the Hochelaga in 1980, the head tunelman was a man named Cecil Campbell. He was from Manitoulin Island. I don't know if its the same person but I'm sorry to hear of his death.

I'm sorry to hear this. And somehow, the Algosteel going to scrap seems worse now, if that makes any sense. My thoughts and prayers to his family, friends, and crew members.

With great saddness, Cecil Campbell, our 3rd Engineer for a very long time on the Algosteel passed away March 17th at home. His great spirit will live on inside all those he touched. RIP cecil
