Carmeuse Dock Collapse - Rouge River

Is anyone aware if a vessel grounding in the river was a cause for the Carmeuse dock collapsing?

The river has been closed from the Jefferson Bridge downstream 400 yards.
Currently there are plans to commence dredging operations, but I'm not sure on a timeline.

It would not surprise me, as the lake levels have gone up, the loads have gotten larger, I kept asking, how much can the Rouge River take........ Saginaw, was the last behind the ZUG....... they should not have been close though. I also kept saying the piles are huge, largest I have ever seen, (my Self) this happened down at Severstal when it was Severstal.
