Spent today photographing ships because there were several that hadn't been past in awhile -- or made nighttime transits when they did come by. The sun went down before I could get the last three, but there's always another day.

- Tug Karen Andrie and barge Endeavour, up-bound to Indiana Harbor.

- Thunder Bay loaded general cargo at Thunder Bay, and was down-bound to Belledune, NB.

- Can't recall the last time I saw John D. Leitch on the St. Clair. The cargo of slag was going to Indiana Harbor.

- The saltie Vancouverborg (Netherlands), in ballast to Burns Harbor, gets a pilot change north of the Bluewater Bridges.

- A relatively quick unload at the AK Rouge plant and Lee A. Tregurtha was headed out onto Lake Huron for another trip to Marquette.

- Algoma Harvester reflects the late day sun, down-bound to Baie Comeau. A resident along the river commented she'd not seen this ship in some time.

- Tour boat Huron Lady came further down river than usual, with music and people enjoying the cruise.
