She's loading grain at Riverland Ag here in Duluth.

Cornelia?

I've noticed the Cornelia has been on the hook for a week or more outside of Duluth Harbor. Have I missed something? I know last year she was being held there due to some violation of some type. Is she just waiting on further shipping orders? Sorry if this has been discussed previously, if so I missed it.
