American Spirit problem?
The American Spirit left its winter layup dock yesterday to load iron ore pellets at the CN dock in Duluth with the aid of 2 G-Tugs, which seemed to make sense as the CN slip likely was ice filled. Today she left the CN slip evidently as a dead ship tow with 2 G-Tugs, and returned to the Port Terminal slip. Anybody know what's going on?
