Go the the American Bureau of Shipping's website and enter the name "Sarah Spencer" into the search box, then click search. The click on her number and then click on top tab, second from left labelled "Survey Status". You can then read how much work she requires in way of her tank tops and double bottom and other areas of her hull.

Confirmed as I believe that I've read on this Discussion Board that she was in dire need of steel replacement in her hull and that this is very costly so therefore she sits in long term lay up thus will not be sailing anytime soon in the foreseable future. Hope this helps.
