I’m amending my message to also include upbounds. They’re also an hour earlier than posted in Vessel Passage.

Ive been wondering why the downbounds have been arriving 1 hour early on the Vessel Passage page, then the light came on...maybe someone forgot to reset the BoatNerd clock!
