I kinn'a thought that might be what they were do'n , but there were about five vehicles and 8 or 10 guys around and thought they might explain..........

They are probably testing the engines and need the full amount of water to run them.

Yesterday in the morning before noon they brought a large crane into Two Harbors launching area. Soon after there appeared a large truck with a good size boat aboard (25/30 foot). Soon after the boat was lifted into the water and alongside of the dock. I did not see the boat start up and run but it may have been. After a couple of hours the boat was lifted out of the water and put back on its transportation and it left. Soon after the crane left also. What was it all about?????
