The Kuber was repainted with gray/white trim and kept its name for now.

It was mentioned earlier this year on this board that part of the sale deal from K&K to LLT was that the Kubers keep their names for the near future.Chris M wrote:Any sign of repainting or renaming?

Any word on if and when the Victory and James L. Kuber will get repainted also? Will they layup at Sturgeon Bay this winter and get repainted or will it be winter of 2012-13? Thanks for any info.

great lakes/michigan still here and the kuber barge in drydock is being painted in LLT gray and white.

Sturgeon Bay Activity
The Lewis J Kuber anfd tug Olive Moore arrived at Bay Ship. The tug was detached and was berthed on dock 14 and the Kuber went right into the graving dock.
