23 from Montreal to Quebec sounds a little high, though I agree with around 36 to Montreal from the piers. I thought it was closer to 16 hours between Montreal and Quebec.

The time shown on the Facts and Figures for PWP to Quebec City is a little off, the time from PWP to Montreal shows 30 hours, its should read 36 hours and from Montreal to Quebec City is 23 = 49.
