Saltie - Lake Ontario

[old seadog]

The Clipper Lancer was or still is at Port Weller, to clean her tanks then proceed to Sarnia to load.

Why is there a ship sitting out near the mouth of the Welland Canal in Lake Ontario. Looks like a saltie & has been there for a couple of days. Thought it might be the Clipper Lancer.
