Interlake footer above the locks

I doubt it. this was a minor delay for a gate repair. and the new lock is still subject to ongoing funding approvals, which may be harder and harder to come by.

Mesabi Miner is tied on the pier. Poe Lock is down for repairs, until after midnight. Other vessels are anchored above the locks.

It would have to be the Mesabi Miner as the PRT and JRB went thru earlier, but I don't know why it's there.

Does anyone know what is going on with one of the Interlake's thousand footers? One has been tied up above the locks (downbound) for most of the Friday.
