Traffic was stpoeed in the Seaway due to weather. Seaway Clayton announced thatVisibility in the American Narrows was less than 0.3 miles and they were closed to navigation. Iroquois and the Cote Ste. Catherine locks were shut and visibility at Eisenhower was zero. High winds and blowing snow were the reason. We had Gale Warnings all night.

Five ships stopped/delayed at Cape Vincent, just entering the St. Lawrence River. One ship stopped at Iroquois lock. Does anyone know what the delay is?
