Carolyn Hoey/ Evans Mckeil

[Northup]

The Evans Mckeil and the Horseshoe Casino are stopped at Buoys 11 & 12. The tug Carolyn Hoey just joined them. Im assuming the Hoey will help the Mckeil with the tow down the St. Clair River. Are they going to wait till Friday to pass through the river, or will they pass tonight?
