Last Boat of the Year?

The tug Prentiss Brown with the barge St. Marys Conquest was the last one so far in Grand Haven on December 22nd. The tug detached from the barge to break up ice prior to docking. I'm not aware of anymore ships coming into Grand Haven.

I stand corrected. Yesterday the Canadialn Olympic came in to Fairport to take on salt at the loader.

In the small harbor of Fairport Harbor, we don't see as much as the bigger ports but I enjoy what does come. Just curious as to what may be your last boat of the 2010 season. The Manistee which is now taking on salt today may be the last for us. Here she is from this morning when a rare glimpse of the sun came through to highlight her.
