Hi All!

For the last 10 years, I was the regular Captain of the Prospector. She was a good and happy ship!

May she go on her last voyage in peace!

My heart bleeds!

Keep an eye out for the Algoisle on your way home, she won't be there much longer.

Thanks for the update Oldseadog. I did see it still at 56 on my home an hour ago. Almost looks as if she doesn't want to leave
;-)

That is a good question, that whole section is due to be filled in and become a container storage area, the tugs are moving to sec 104, way out east, I don't have clue where they are going to put the scrappers, speaking of which, the tow of the Canadian Prospector has been delayed due to the weather, tentative departure is Oct 1 0600 Hrs

Once the Canadian Prospector and Algoisle leave Montreal, will other retired ships be moved to Sec. 56 to await being sold for scrap?

The date has been changed for the departure of the Canadian Prospector, she will be leaving at 0600 Sept. 30. Along with the tug Simoon and the Vigilant 1.

The tug Simoon due at Trois Rivieres, Que., at 0500 Sept 27, that would put her in Mtl, around 1300.
