Algocape at Port Weller

Anybody know what's up with the Algocape? She's tied up on the south wall of Lock 1. She does not appear on the Seaway's schedule for Lock 1 or Lock 2. Actually, Seaway does not show a next location. The Port of Hamilton site shows her leaving Hamilton in ballast, destination Port Weller.
Presumably headed into dry dock, but why? and when?
