The Spruceglen received scrubbers during the winter of 2011/2012 that are clearly visible from the exterior.

Actually, the HCJ is being re-powered. You can read about it on the Interlake Website.

You may be right Steve, but so far I've only seen the tell-tale white plume on the Oberstar and American Spirit. Hopefully it won't be long before Interlake's James R. Barker and Lee A. Tregurtha are back in service with their new systems.
Isn't the Herbert C. Jackson getting scrubbers as well? It will be good to see it back this summer with a new lease on life.

Either there were no ships in sight or there was a virtual parade, which made for a very entertaining day. Because destination information was either outdated or missing, I am not noting it on many of the photos. Oh yes, we even had brief periods of snow pellets this morning!
