The Spruceglen received scrubbers during the winter of 2011/2012 that are clearly visible from the exterior.

Isn't the Herbert C. Jackson getting scrubbers as well? You may be right Steve, but so far I've only seen the tell-tale white plume on the Oberstar and American Spirit. Hopefully it won't be long before Interlake's James R. Barker and Lee A.
