Forecast for the coming winter

According to lake temperatures, records show Lake Erie now at 27° C, the highest since records have been kept, this is what triggers hurricanes off the African coast, all the way to the Antilles. My long range forecast, an abundance of snow as early as November and December, like 1913 maybe? any comments?
