Thank you Alan. I guess I had assumed that it was a forum on it's own, not a sub-forum. I go to that page 2-3 times amost days, and had not noticed it.

http://newsearch.boatnerd.com/ and Click on the "Information Search" Board and the at the top of that board "Random Vessel Passage".
