I've heard that there is construction on the southwest pier and all down bound salt water vessels using the Poe lock will require a tug.

My understanding is tug assistance is protocol for salties at the Soo Locks.

As Isa was entering the Soo locks, little Missouri was pushing her to the wall. Lack of thrusters or??
