Could his be the same Steelton which knocked down the Port robinson bridge back in 1974?

C.T.C. stands for Cement Transit Company (when Medusa owned the boats, they were operated under this company) but the CTC never sailed for Medusa.
Most likely she is going to be cut up. She's pretty baron inside.

This boat is now called the C.T.C. #1. It was launched in 1943. It had several names in it's active life including Steelton, Pioneer, & Frank Purnell. There may have been other names & I do not know for certain which order the names came in.
It was retired in the early 1980's I believe. It had it's engines removed & served as a cement storage vessel for St. Marys Cement in Lake Calumet about 500 yards north of it's current site but out of view of the highway until being towed to it's current spot a year or two ago.
Does anybody know the future plans for this boat? What does "C.T.C" stand for?
There are a number of photo's of this ship on the Boatnerd web site. Below are a few links.
