Scrap ship salvaged items

As far as I know, if the vessel has been sold everything, I mean everything stays aboard, I remember one time when some rented acetylene and oxygen bottles aboard a vessel could not be removed after the sale, they left the the tow. if any or most of these articals were removed, it would have been done befor the sale.

Now that the Agawa Canyon and Canadian Prospector are waiting to be towed for scrap, I was wondering if the horns, lifeboats and liferings will be removed before the scrap tow.
