There is a tank farm about 5 miles from the dock at the intersection of Trunk (Hwy 17) and Black Rds. Esso is the tank farm and is a major distribution facility for the region. It is fed by pipeline from Purvis doack. Shell also had a tank farm nearby but receives all its product by rail.Lakes

Is there and onshore facility near the dock in Soo Canada where the Algoma ships deliver petroleum products?
