Wind it is, all up and down the Bay of Green Bay saw very gusty NE winds today. And to get in to the Dock at KK where the BBC Mississippi will unload, they have to squeeze through the Ogden St Bridge which in the past has proved difficult even under good conditions because its a fairly narrow passage and ships must pass through the bridge at an angle to stay in the channel and safely navigate the bridge. The bridge has been hit about a half dozen times in the last 5 years or so.

maybe waiting for the winds to die down? There have been gusty winds from the NE all day which would make entering the harbor difficult.

Does anyone know why the BBC Mississippi is at anchor off the port of Menominee, MI?
