Pilot have 4 hours min calling time, the tow which needed 3 pilots had an idea they would be ready the next day can put a call for pilots the day befor, its called a prospect.Guest wrote:In the posts about the towing of the Agwa Canyon I see where it says that "pilot are called for." In the railroad industry crews are normally called 90 minutes before they have to report to work. Does it work the same way for pilots or do they have more lead time (do they have more of a set schedule than railroad crews)?
