If you are referring to the map on the vessel passage page you will note the ship's postion is based on it's latest weather observation as noted in the chart. It get updated when the vessel updates it's weather observation. and to answer your many requests on both boards, no one currently knows it's eta into Hancock.

Anyone know if the Progress will be coming to Hancock, MI today? According to the map on the site here it hasn't moved since like 7:30am. whats going on here?
