The Joseph L Block backed down into Bay Ship today, assisted by the ex-Sarter tugs.

The Mesabi Miner was moved to allow the Block to moor at Berth 8.5, next to fleet mate Wilfred Sykes at 8 and the 2 new build barges at 9.

The Joseph L Block is currently at the Green Bay end of Sturgeon Bay. Presumably she will come in to Bay Ship early this morning.

On Tuesday morning, the John Munson left its anchorage off of Sherwood Pt and arrived off of Bay Ship and it was tied up on berth 12 and it was followed by the McCarthy who backed down the bay from Sherwood PT. It was a foggy and rainy day in Sturgeon Bay and the best viewing was from Bullhead Pt.

The Joyce L VanEnkevort and barge Great Lakes Trader arrived at Bay Ship yesterday late afternoon and went to Berth 3 at around 21:00. She arrived from the Green Bay side.

The Walter J. McCarthy and John G. Munson (arriving as I type) are waiting on the Green Bay side as well. They will probably come in after first light.

The Clyde S. VanEnkevort and Erie Trader arrived at Bay Ship this morning, coming in from the bay of Green Bay.

They are now at berth 11.

Looking at Marine Traffic the John G. Munson, Joyce L. VanEnkevort/Great Lakes Trader and the Walter J. McCarthy all show Sturgeon Bay as destinations right now. The Munson and Joyce L look like they're waiting out weather in southern Lake Michigan, the McCarthy is upbound on Lake Huron.

The Wilfred Sykes and Mesabi Miner arrived at Bay Ship this morning, both coming from the lake side via the ship canal.

The Sykes arrived right at first light with the Miner coming through the canal at about 9:30am.

The Sykes is now at berth 8 and the Miner on the face.
