It is standing by for a Michipicoten taking on water

Just watched her on the soo locks downbound in th st Mary’s river south of the locks

The Indy looks like she is drifting east of Manitou and NE of Stannard Rock near the LCA in Lake Superior. Her AIS says underway but she is at a dead stop, anyone know any reason for this?
