Let us not forget, earlier this late Summer or early Fall they had an engine issue to where they were working out the bugs and stuff if you will. Remember when they went and loaded at Silver Bay for Burns Harbor? They returned from Silver Bay, anchored off Duluth for several days while here on boatnerd many of us pondered and wondered just what was going on with them? Maybe they were having the same issues or something else with their engines this time around at least? Whatever it is, let’s hope they can get it fixed up soon. I miss not seeing my all time favorite ship and footer on the Great Lakes. I only got one month left to go on the river in 2024 before I hang it up for the year and would like to see them one more time this year then at least. I’ve only seen them once so far this whole year!

It was at the port terminal in Duluth for a few days so I assume they are having mechanical issues.

The Paul R Tregurtha departed Duluth at 7:00am on the first of November and returned at 11:00am same date. Anyone know the reason for the quick turnaround. Thanks.
