Thanks for the information and updates to my questions on the Holiday Card Gallery on the Boatnerd site. No I have not sent in any cards or photos to be displayed on the Gallery Page. Second, as far as going to Facebook and other Social Media sites to look for any photos and cards again No I have not looked into any of that just yet as with my active and busy schedule it doesn’t allow me very much free time to be checking that out. I can barely find enough time just to go to boatnerd and the Search Page let alone try going to Facebook and other Social Media sites then. Also, I don’t go to Facebook very much as I don’t have any accounts set up with them. I do agree with you however that indeed, it is up to the readers etc. as far as sending their photos and cards in to have them get posted and published. Agree also with your comments that the interest is just not what it once was and used to be on this then. Times are changing and with it, many of our boatnerd friends have passed away over the years that were once regulars here and sending in their cards and the photos for the Holiday Card Gallery. Thanks again.

So far in the boatnerd Holiday Christmas Card Gallery for 2024, I’ve only seen and noticed “7 total” cards have been sent in to be put up on the Gallery by the Boatnerd Volunteers and staff. Just a point I’m trying to make is all and that is, I seem to recall in years past there were many and lots more Christmas Cards and Photos sent in by some. It seems in the past I’d say 2-4 years or so not too many cards or photos like it once was and used to be then anyway. I guess times are changing then you could say!

It’s still early yet! Be patient, wait and give it some time yet and maybe just maybe mind you then you might see the Christmas Card Gallery get posted and put up. Let us not forget too, the boatnerd volunteers all wish to spend quality time with their families during the Holiday Season and I’m sure that they are all very busy these days also! Let’s give them a round of applause and thank them all for their hardwork, dedication and loyalty in keeping this site going and what it is today for us to enjoy. Thanks to all the boatnerd volunteers and Happy Holidays to you all as well! Thanks for another great year of Boatnerd you all.
