She is the most capable Ice Breaker on the lakes. She went through stuff that others couldn’t and also had the speed for rapid response. It always seemed that each command Captain aboard the Ridley had more knowledge than other vessels.

It was told to go there and tie up by the lockmaster who was considering putting her in the lock with another vessel
