J T Wing, built in Nova Scotia 1919 as the Charles F. Gordon, didn't come to the Lakes until 1936. After a brief period of commercial use, it became a training vessel for sea scouts before and during the war, then a maritime museum in Detroit (where the Dossin Museum is now). Burned as a hazard in 1956.

Lyman M Davis, built in Muskegon 1873, burned for public attraction in Toronto harbor, 1933.

Julia B Merrill, built 1872, burned at Toronto, 1931.

J T Wing was one of the last schooners sailing

What were some of the last sailing schooners on the lakes? I'm aware of the Our Sons being one of, if not the last sailing schooner on the lakes until her sinking in 1930.
