The Gott tied up at North Shore Marine Terminal which is not owned by CN.

Why did the gott go to escanaba for engine repairs instead of sturgeon bay? Is it because uss/Great Lakes fleet owns the dock in escanaba and they wouldn’t have to pay dock fees then?
