The Northern Venture suffered some type of propulsion issue. She had already loaded grain at the dock and the two tugs arrived to tow her to Toledo where she would offload so that repairs could be made. However, I believe they were able to offload some cargo where she sits and are working on the repairs. The tugs may be standing by in case a tow is still needed.
