Hatch covers at Fraser?

There are a few stacks of what appear to be hatch covers near the main office building at Fraser Shiypards in Superior. If they're hatch covers they have a pretty decent camber to them. Anyone know if they're spares or if someone's due for hatch cover replacement this winter?
