CSL: Hamilton

Looking at some pictures from 4-5 years ago of Hamilton Harbour, I see CSL`s Cedarglen and Pineglen being unloaded at Dofasco. Neither of these vessels make this run anymore, and was wondering what circumstance lead them to make those deliveries in the past?
Perhaps filling in for tonnage that SMT could not meet at that time? I was under the impression that Dofasco was pretty much SMT territory. Sure would like to see either in the harbour again.
