Repairs to the shaft, was taken out in the winter and after it was re-installed there is a wobble in it.

ALGORAIL - 11/0800 at Meldrum Bay, Ontario to load stone for Marine City, Michigan then proceeds to the Government dock in
Sarnia, Ontario for repairs.

the algorail is in the government slip in sarnia, does anyone know why? She just came out about 2 weeks ago. Lack of cargo or repairs maybe?
