The city council has moved toward seizing the ship for unpaid taxes.

Has anybody been following the saga of this floating restaurant in Toronto harbour? To me, it would seem the city has played right into Letniks hands. The owner is bankrupt and so what if they levy more taxes? He doesn't have to worry about the costs of owning the ship anymore! This will cost the city more than the taxes owed.
