Not sure about the Leitch, but it was normal for the Captain to have the deck below the Pilot house as his bedroom, bath, office and on the port side a room labeled Owners cabin.

What are the accommodation arrangements on this boat with the unusual forward cabins? Does the captain have his own "suite" or are all crewmen assigned to the forward end?
