That is what remains of the *Algonac,* sunk at that spot in 1974.

Maybe the Algonac? I thought I once heard that the hull was that of a sand-sucker.

That hull has been there since the early '70s. the rumor I heard at the time was that it had been a yacht that had burned.

Just a rough guess by the size, but might it be the hull of the G. A. Boeckling? I thought it ended up in that area after its tragic stay in Toledo, but this would have been in the late-80's, early-90's. How long has the hull been there?

Can you take a screenshot of this? I've never heard of it, and I'd like to see it.

Just curious if anyone knows anything about the hull sunk as a breakwall just west of Lakeside, Ohio. I've seen it for several years but have never been able to find out anything. Measured using Google Earth, its about 240 feet by 40 feet.

Thanks.
