I highly recommend this awesome inspiring drive, but when you head northwest towards highway M-123 from Lake Superior Shoreline Road, a word of caution as there is abundant wildlife in this area, and when up their driving along this same route back in 2000, we saw a small pack of wolves, and be on the lookout for Moose in the Tahquahmenon watershed especially during early morning sunrise and
at twilight after sunset, its just incredible what one might see.
Have a great trip!

From the Soo take W-Six Mile to Brimley. Road becomes Lakeshore Dr., follow that along the coast until you get to M-123. Head North on M-123 to Paradise. At tha blinking light in Paradise M-123 turns west, continue North 13 miles and you are at Whitefish Pt.
On the return trip lakeshore Dr. is Curley Lewis Dr. at M-123
Much nicer drive than 28 to 123 and shorter too.

Take Mackinaw Trail south out of the Soo to 6 Mile Rd. and turn right. This will take you through Brimley. After that it turns into Lake Shore Drive. A few minutes past Brimley is Pt Iroquois. There will be a three way stop not far from there. Stay to the right. From there it follows the south shore of Whitefish Bay. The next stop sign should be at M-123. Turn right there and that will take you to Paradise and by then you will see many signs directing you to the Point.
