Early-on, AIS showed a promising day for up-bound traffic on the St. Clair River, but deteriorating weather conditions and other factors allowed for only Saginaw to pass, down-bound, in daylight hours. Maybe tomorrow will be better, despite the forecast wind, cold, and snow.
