Tug Wilfred Seymour and Allouette Spirit, tug Salvor with the Lambert Spirit, and tug Zeus with the Robert Deegan all at Oxychem to load calcium chloride.
I noticed at least 4 and maybe 5 tug barge combos in Ludington Harbor this weekend, all tied up near Oxi Chem (Dow). I have never seen more than one at a time at this location. Anyone know whats going on?
