Re: Bread
I watched this boat being moved down highway. Cost must be very high with 2 police forces, power, telephone and TV cable companies all tied up for day, plus large crew to do the move. Road is surveyed for every move, can't trust what was there last week as far as overhead clearance or changes in road elevation. Kanter is located in industrial park in St. Thomas and requires a well planned route through city streets. Kanter used to be in Port Stanley but was unable to renew lease with federal government. Still some talk of them moving back here, hope to see them soon.
Re: Bread
Here's an article about Kanter from 2009 with an interesting picture. The picture shows the yacht Aurora, which I believe is the original name for Bread.

Re: Bread
Built as Aurora by Kanter in 2007, the mostly completed vessel was laboriously trucked to Port Stanley and completed there, then on to Barbados as part of The Cliff Restaurant, specializing in wedding parties.. The current Bread is the rebuild done by Rybovich at West Palm Beach, Florida, in 2012.

Bread
I have some questions about this yacht. From what I've found, she was built by kanter in st Thomas ontario, 9 miles inland of port Stanley. My question is how did they get a 137' yacht to the water?
