Thanks Bruno for that info, I missed her this morning at the locks and beyond. I will have to catch her on her way down.

Barge is loaded, the barge had a problem with a cargo leak in the after peak. They had to identify the problem and get class approval and Canadian Coast Guard clearance before proceeding up bound from Quebec City. She went to anchor in St-NIcolas to free up needed berth space in the Port. The rig will only travel up bound on a flood tide as she is too slow.

The barge may even be light. When the Stephen and the George Morris ran up here in years past, they came up light, then loaded in Nanticoke for Buffalo. They spent the summer hauling gas in here from Canada. They also made a side trip or two to Toledo but when they left the lakes for the winter, they were light on the way back out to Boston.

I haven't seen a Reinauer boat on the lakes since the late 90's when the Stephen was running here with the George Morris out of Nanticoke.

As the original poster wrote, they're headed for Sarnia.
