If there are several boats loading at Two Harbors before the AMA, it might be better to wait at anchor.

Arthur Anderson has been anchored in Whitefish Bay since tuesday, all but one of the others that were anchored there earlier in the week have left. Any idea why? Combination of running light and not having an intense schedule before the locks close?
