Hi,
The last couple of years on the Soo scanner through broadcastify I could hear the ships talking with each other, with Soo traffic, and with the lockmaster. This year so far I've heard them talking with each other and Soo traffic but have not heard the lockmaster talking. Did a frequency change, the scanner feed change, or does my old clunky computer need updated?
